Incapacitation
Head: Concussive Blow II, Skull Sunder II
Legs: Seismic Shock II
Back (tail): Trunksplitter II, Pounce
Right Arm: Barrage, Moonrise II

Basically starting out you'll want to get a few of those lower abilities quickly (raging strike, cure, invigorate, still precision maybe), and if you plan on tanking you'll likely want to get marauder to 48 next after pug.
