Does anyone else get an issue if you have two DPS for duty roulette?

If you are waiting for duty finder with a pre-made duty roulette party, and the only members are 2 DPS... some players get this message:



I was wondering if anyone else has this problem too. This specific dialog box can cause problems with party matching, causing the pre-made party to be broken up when it finds a duty for one of the players, but not the other, forcing a partial pre-made match. This does not happen if I manually select the three expert dungeons.

I don't.... see an error message in that screenshot? But you'd get an error because you can only queue for roulettes solo. No parties allowed in roulette.

You can queue as a party for expert.
The only thing I see is that the DF found you a full party but all instances are taken, therefore a reservation is made.

Uh... That is not true~ You can queue for Expert and High Level as a party. Just not Trial, Guildhest and Low level.

Oh. Didn't realize the top tier ones would work with a party. Ah, and now I see the message. Is it not supposed to say "Waiting on Duty Finder" when you're both in queue, or is it that it's not showing both party members on the Duty Status window?

Party has been made in the screenshot and it's waiting for an open instanse. Back when the instance servers we're more limited and Amdapor Keep was popular, you could wait up to 20-30 mins for an open instance even if you had a full party or you had been matched by DF into a party. It's been a long time since I've seen that happen though since no particular instance is that popular anymore, and they've buffed the servers.

I've never seen DF break up premade parties into different instances.

What exactly do you mean?
That the duty status window doesn't show the classes that already have been found?
I already had that twice (not as two DPS but as Tank + Healer and also as DPS + Healer) and even if I withdraw and queue up again it stays like that.
But besides not showing the classes it's never been a problem and I always got into a normal party.

That's normal. O.o No error that I can see. Oh... and pre-mades are never broken up.

So the issue is that it doesn't show the three class role icons. I've seen that before, it wont prevent you from joining the instance or matching with other people, seems to be a purely visual glitch.
