    Friend can't log in

    My friend received a notice that his account was suspended because it was at risk for suspicious activity. It gave him instructions to reset his password to lift the restriction. He has reset his password twice and the restriction is still there.

    His character's name is Neal Caffrey on the Hyperion server.
