They'll probably eventually add it to the game.

Hopefully it'll have the water-spitting ability.

On the one hand the gooblue from the Sylphs quests still has it's sneeze ability, on the other hand, the golden reaper apparently still haven't has the lasers (though I haven't gotten that yet, so it might just be hearsay), but then again that Elbst does use an ability for the quest, i'd say that it'll be a 50/50
