The ability to RESAVE your appearance data - Just lost a fantasia attempting to do so

I was trying to follow the following guide today:

I really like how my character looks and wanted to save it in case I ever decided to go back. I then used my fantasia potion hoping there would be an option to cancel after saving appearance data. The option to save never came and my potion was wasted.

Please just implement a way to save appearance data. I had to replace my PC since I started playing, so there's no way for me to get the data back.

I tried explaining this to in-game support, but was flat-out told that I was SOL. A little upset right now

I went and repurchased my Fantasia potion anyways. I realize I have no way of proving this, but that third slide you've shared never showed up for me and my Fantasia potion was gone.

Not only that but I wish to change from male to female character but I currently have a male name. Robert won't look cool on a female. Please have the option to change character names.

Now other people won't experience the sorrow I went through. I'm kind of bummed out that this was implemented 12 days after I lost my potion though XD.
