Each node have time window at which it is vissible / active / accessible - like 1:00 am to 4:00 am and so on (in game time) so "worst" case scenario you might need to wait up to 20 in game hours (about 50 minutes earth time) for the particular node to re-appear. Have you tried another areas as well?
The time and zone they've given has one, though - 1am in East Shroud is Crawler Cocoons.
