    BUT I have been playing for months now and have never had any issues until this week when this problem started. I know it is not my internet, and i also know it is not my ps4 itself, because the internet works fine on everything EXCEPT FFXIV right now. Something is up with the ps4 client. Maybe it is partially due to the recent DDoS i dont know. Whatever it is i hope it is fixed soon

    Also it's unrelated to your issue but I had he same problems with my console not being near my internet access point, I picked up a set of powerline ethernet adaptors. 2 min setup, and wired speeds anywhere in your home where there's an electrical socket and ~35 bucks on ebay
