Had an issue in a dungeon earlier today and reported a problem player. I didn't expect to be contacted by anyone for help, but a GM actually did send me a message asking me about the issue.

I'm very surprised (pleasantly, I promise) to see such an active moderation staff and just wanted to say thanks. Especially to GM Elrisivana.
