I have gone months without ever having one. Most people I know don't get them. When we do we laugh at them more often then get mad at them. However something you are doing wrong is clearly rubbing people the wrong way, and judging by your op it's not hard to tell that you probably are, stop blaming everyone else and look inside yourself. Better yourself and you will have less rage quitters.

<-- Clearly. I must be rubbing alot of people the wrong way.

a lot vs alot. Commends do not prove anything as people get bonuses for giving them out. I agree with what Urielparadox said if you are having a large number of rage quitters. Maybe they should make an option for when you click "leave" in a duty you have a few choices to say why you left if you want to. Then there is data to analyze, which could even be used to see what % of the time people leave duties that you're in and why. (Not a serious suggestion, but it would be interesting to see.)
