Xonsider cutting a % of said offender's current gil total that they're carrying. Or even deducting it from their EXP total so that they Delevel from 50, which would prevent them from re-queuing the exact same fight so when they're leveling up trying to get back to LV 50 they have a small time to think a second time before they actually jump ship.

Please hurt yourself physically. The only ship jumping this would cause is people jumping ship on this game.
