It's probably full lv55 & 70 gear with the upgraded Tool all min-maxxed with materia and with a HQ food bonus.

When you're talking about putting 5 pieces of materia on a piece of gear, you can't just put one stat in since a piece of gear will only upgrade a stat so much before it starts giving you nothing for the melds. He's probably melding as much as he can for each stat including CP since most jewelry can't be upgraded that high with Craftsmanship/Control materia. Almost every piece of gear though will probably have at least one piece of materia devoted to raising CP.

I have a bad offhand meld, lvl 50 wpn, and no Art. Spec. I just over melded my gear, (not counting off hand, I'm only missing 4cp total, and the all my other pieces have 100% stats) And I can do the first macro without food. Thank you so much for this saves me a lot of time. I can use the second macro with food and fc buff(or if I fixed my off hand).

Apparently I hit a daily posting limit, but 401 Control is achievable with Max Melds and FC buff. However I have updated both macros and relaxed the requirements.

The control requirement is not a hard cap since I did not account for good procs.

The industrial 1*s are probably overkill
