Can't log in on ps4

may be the PSN connectivity error code. Can check their list of codes here:

PSN has been having a lot of strange issues since PS4 launched, and there's been a rash of weird things with specific games/apps. Minecraft is having trouble with downloads atm, and there have been posts about people not able to sign into PSN and/or the store for almost two weeks now.

All of that is on Sony to deal with, not SE. But, SE has been putting some notices up in the lodestone about it. There in fact was one put up today:

Sony Computer Entertainment's "PSN" service is currently experiencing technical difficulties.
