From Free Trial to Collector's Edition

Hello everyone !

I'm new here, as I was a Free Trial player, and I loved the game so much during those 2 weeks that I actually purchased the Collector's Edition

But here's my problem : the character I played during the Free Trial (my main character, Aelwyna) didn't get any of the bonus items I'm supposed to get from the Collector's Edition when I upgraded my account

I created a new character after the upgrade, and she got all the bonus item, no worries there, but the one I created before the upgrade didn't get them.

Is there a way to solve this, or will I have to re-create my 1st character ?
That wouldn't be a big problem as she's only lv.12 and I actually would like to choose a different starting class and starting area, but this is weird

Welcome!

The items can take a while before they're sent to your inbox via the Moogle Delivery Service - usually this actually requires you to log out completely from the game and then log back in again before they will finally show up, so don't be alarmed!

Also make sure you mog mail is not full, delete any read messages you no longer need. If there is no space the little furballs keep your loot in their break lounge.

Alright, when I logged in today all my items were on Aelwyna too, so ... I guess it just took a while, woop woop
