How bad are gilfarmer/botters on your server?

Ragnarok seems to be a nice place lately. I get a few GIL sellers shouts but that's it. I sometimes see a few characters mining where I am unsure whether they are bots or not but that's it. I do not see bots camping Urth's Gift or hunting for Fleece 24/7 anymore. They used to be there for a long time but it is no longer like this. When I compare the situation we now have with what it was like when I started the Game, I see a lot of improvements.

We have several on midgard that use the same spot in Urth's gift. I stopped reporting them. Nothing ever happens.

It's actually way easy to find bots on Atomos server, just do a blank player search for everyone running the EN client. The list is FULL of bots. WTH are they even doing there? The EN community on Atomos is tiny. No one cares to buy from them!

There's a whole FC of them, yes.. they have a FC on my server. For at least one group of them. They like to hang out in North Shroud where the Smells Like Tree Spirit fate pops and aoe the plasmoids there.. for some reason. .

Same on pheonix, same spot, except these are bards, that stay on a ledge so nothing else can agro, is odd

In Sargatanas, I saw a bunch of Hyurs standing at the Atheryte plaza in Ul'dah and all they do is enter a queue and exit fast of it, and repeat. And they are often AFK all together there too.

and now they also group up at that cave in Coerthas to spiritbond gear 'peacefully', not to mention one of their members is a goldsmith that crafts them stuff inbetween their SBing hanging out at that spot.

That is why I run around on /busy almost 24/7. I got sick of the spam tells. Now I don't worry about it at all. I will state this again the bots are not the problem its the people buying the gil that are the problem. They need to go on mass banning of gil buyers. No clients = No business.

They aren't bad at all! In fact, a bunch of them have sent me friend requests lately and now I have a bunch of new friends!

Ragnarok used to be bad, but it's really changed.
At one point I often saw 6 archers/bards trading to one person at the Ul'Dah crystal, all in same gear with head-to-keyboard names and a lot of tells.
Now, I get at most 2 tells a week, sometimes no tells for weeks.

No idea why they left ragnarok but are enmass on other servers, perhaps because they didn't sell any gil there?

I'm really wondering if they just cut down on gilfarming on the EU datacenter. You still see bots on Phoenix too, but I never see them farming mobs and most of the crystal farmers are gone. What I do see is what appears to be them farming instances.

We seem to be doing okay on Faerie. Tells aren't too bad (I've only ever had the friend request-tell combo once), maybe 3-4 when you port into a town, but otherwise pretty quiet. I've only seen one person I definitely thought was botting, lv 50 mining right next to Ul'Dah in all lv 1 crafting clothes.
