Getting Supra tools

I was under the impression we would be capped at 6 philo items per day (3 ixali oaknots). Where are you getting this 6 number from? I'm assuming its due to haveing 6 allowances but we are only lotted 3 for the specific quests that drop Oaknots.

there are 6 quests with oaknots, rank 5 ones and rank 6 ones
