Best non-youtube / text guides for boss mechanics?

I am a WHM getting into mid game now (brayflox, sunken temple), when I have heard that knowing mechanics begins to be useful, and was wondering what places high level people went to learn mechanics. I have 5-6 hours a night to study, due to being at a 3rd shift computer job alone in an office, but cannot access youtube or other video sites. Is there a good reference site that has details of the fights in a text based / static image format?

The wikis (Console Games, IGN, Gamer Escape) and FFXIVGuild all tend to have decent text guides.

Usually I just google for "FFXIV <whatever> guide" because google finds the individual guides better than some places' search/navigation, and I can just pop them all open in different tabs. I like to have multiple sources if I'm studying up beforehand.

This is one of the best text-based guides I've found. There are bosses explained as well as other game content, and they update the site regularly.
