"Will reform if 100 Myth bonus..."

Bringing this up as I've been seeing it appear quite frequently in Party Finder recently (usually for T7) and it has quickly found its way to the top of my peeve list. Is knowing the fight (mechanics, phases, etc) and/or being experienced up to a certain % no longer good enough? Just replace someone (eg. three strikes, you're out) if they are the root of the problem, don't instantly exclude people out of content (especially if they know what they're doing) because they don't have a previous win.

-Yes, I'm aware I can make my own party in PF. Though this has to be on a day where I don't mind doing nothing for around 2 hours (this is how long it took for my Progression Party to fill up on Sunday).

It's the same people who would check your achievements to see if you really have cleared, only the myth bonus message has now made it more convenient. There is nothing different from months ago. They are free to set whatever requirements they want (whether you agree or not).

Probably parties tired of having people sneak in to get a win while saying they're experienced and wasting people's time by wiping. Not wanting to risk anymore if someone knows the fight perfectly but didn't get a run win because wiping at last %. Could try to ask in /tells.

Anyway, this is the same as the "Will queue for Ifrit EX" Titan EX parties; they want to make sure everyone has cleared and at the very least seen everything in the fight. Generally, if someone is weaker still (obvious carry) they will get removed anyway. Most of the people making these groups just want a clear as painless as possible; they're not "out to get" the people who just barely don't clear, they just want a win, and want similar experience from their group.

Now, you can message the party leader and ask if they will bend the rule for you; many actually will allow it especially if you say to remove you if you're too weak.

I think my main gripe was towards the PF's that heavily imply that 100 Myth bonus = baddies or something. It's been a rough week for me and I felt the need to vent.

I like getting into those parties after telling them I've cleared the content on my main, then have to instruct the people on how to play afterwards anyway.

This is just a matter of feeling and trust...
When I do a PF, I always give a chance to guys who never cleared the content, but I really check what they are doing during the fight, and do not hesitate to kick them if they are doing bullshit. In return, I am expecting people to do the same with me. Ex: yesterday, I did my first T8 win. It was a "clear party" PUG. When the fight started, a guy complained about that. I just said if I fail, kick me. We OS the turn.

So it's the same as before except now you have those parties and now you actually get parties LOOKING for people who haven't cleared, to get them extra myth. Definitely a step up from the old.
