I thought inner beast was 20% damage reduction and vengeance is 30% damage reductio?

One of the experts can correct me on this but Cd's that lowers damage taken is far better than Cd's that raises physical or magic defense

You're right, I misremembered. But yes, due to the damage formula, pure damage reduction is better than defenses.
