Grinding help

Anybody know what something good I can grind on that gives decent sp and not too hard to grind? I'm rank 21. Currently doing Cotton turbans and they net me about 230 sp a pop.

If this is the best I can do at my rank, what can I start with at r23 or higher?

If you get clothcrafting training or w/e it is, canvas cloth is a R29 synth. Requires 4 cotton threads and... like 10 or so earth shards.

I think what i did was... the cotton robe back/front, some R25 synth...
