Strange Target looping bug..

So last night on T7, I was trying out new tactics with my static/fc to find an easier way to handle the fight with the amount of DPS we have and 3 times I got this strange target looping circle that went down the party list and targeted everyone for a split second before moving onto to the next on the list, I tried to screenshot it but its going really fast.

You can see the circle in the image, Once this happened I was unable to move my mouse, it disappeared on my screen and I couldn't use my keyboard keys at all to move or type and when ever I tried to click on someone it would target them for 1 second and then go back to looping around everyone fast.

I restarted the game and it still happened, I then restarted my PC and it still happened :S I'm not entirely sure what it is, my FC thinks I should get a new keyboard, but thats the first time it happened last night, I cleaned out my keyboard with a hoover in the hopes that it will be cause of trapped dirt but I'm not able to test if it actually worked til tonight.

Has anyone ever had this? I wasn't sure what was going on so I freaked out xD We had to call off our raid cause of it :\

It may be your keyboard. check the cable to see if there are any serious bends in it.

This happens to me too. Not so often though. Alt-tabbing usually fix this, though I played in windowed mode. Happens on both my home & office desktops.
