Wierd Latency

I get this wierd lag or whatever you want to call it. Its not the normal everything freezes then fast forwards lag. Everyone around me is moving and acting normally. But I cant zone, I can target and cast, but no damage. The mobs dont even aggro me like they should (in the beast tribe areas)... anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix this. My internet seems fine. I'm using WiFi on my PS3 also if that helps.

Also when I'm in a boss fight. I seem to take damage and recieve heals like normal just a second later than i should but still my skills dont do damage. Just now I was in ST stuck in the zone area while a boss fight was going i saw buffs being applied and falling off but i couldn't act.

It sounds like you are out of synch. If you are using wifi, try to change the settings around.
