    Fixing crafting mechanics easiet way ...

    Hello ,

    ... is simple: 'dont touch the running system',

    BUT

    just make 'Hasty Hand' 100% successful (like repairing stuff in patch 1.18)!

    That is it .

    - optional: make it impossible to craft HQ items or gain any quality using 'Hasty Hand' skill (in respect to higher ranked crafters).

    Outcomes of following changes using usual crafting procedure may be:

    - only for show how to get used to 'synthesis mechanics' for newbies until R10th;

    - if needed, for 'extracting' more quality from single synthesis;

    - in case of favour, to gain more SP from single synthesis;

    - for producing HQ tools, parts and materials ...

    That way we sure may bring both groups (lovers & haters of synth systems) together and have fun at crafting \ 0 / !

    Perhaps if items made by a 100% successful hasty hand were untradeable and unsellable, it would provide an easier way for crafters to prepare materials without giving other players the room to exploit or kill previously unspoilt markets.

    Think the better way to fix it is to have alternative ways to gain experience beyond just grinding away on the craft. The mini-games themselves are great for making the production of items a very personal affair, but the same mini-game system doesn't lend itself well to multi-hour grinding sessions. One of the suggestions I made before was to make it so that players gain experience for discovering new recipes, and perhaps change the crafting system around a bit to put more emphasis on the mini-game for actual usable products, while leaving component manufacturing to a slightly simpler system.
