There are more mason wards than just the one in Ul'dah.

I keep retainers in the other cities and I really don't have trouble selling my stuff there. In fact, I'd say it actually sells faster most of the time because there is less competition. Not everyone wants to spend anima just to go to the Ul'dah market.

The "point" he's making is that by and large, everyone does business in Ul'dah. I don't know how it is on Besaid, but on Trabia this is absolutely the case. Limsa and Gridania have roughly 0-20 people running around in them at most times of the day.

Most people in Ul'dah = most retainers in Ul'dah = highest chance to make money is in Ul'dah. That's why everyone puts or wants to put their retainer there. Not saying it's right, but it's how it is.

here's an idea: if the stands are available try renting one, they're always available, even when the ward is full.

Also I agree with Wynn's argument. mason's ward is going to matter more to gsms, arms, and bsms anyway, so Limsa is the ideal place since 2/3 of those guilds are headquartered there.

I think you guys will have your loved Market Wards linked city per city. If we don't have it, well... deal with it. Place your retainers in Limsa and Gridania too, since there are people who would like to spend their Gil outside Ul'dah because they're doing something else in the other cities.

And come on, there has been a thread about if you want an Auction House or not, and the results are that Nobody F*cking [SIZE=5]Cares.

Yeah, but if they had an Auction House and killed MW, then people would be making thread upon thread upon thread arguing about it. Shiz don't change.
We can't tell if that's gonna happen, like we can't tell if players will accept it. But I'm sure that if they implement the Auction House, people will accept it like they accept Market Wards now. Totally sure.
As stating today, the statics in that poll are 33 YES and 43 NO for Auction House.

Also, I've used the exact level of matureness this forum's community deserves. I've always done that, and I'll always do. In fact, who cares about mature or not in these forums...
