It boggles my mind that you guys are defending a patently worse and less user friendly system over a simpler and dramatically superior one.

Some people just want to argue because they have nothing better to do with their lives.

I wonder if any MMO made in the next 10 years by a huge corp. like SE will choose to make their MMO without an AH? I wonder if the rest of the industry learned (if they didnt already know) the pitfalls of not having an AH. SE is being taught first hand but they are slow learners.

Just because my view isnt the same as yours doesnt mean im trolling. I will most likely keep playing the game as long as my friends and wife keep playing. I like crafting for them and helping them with repairs. I also enjoy LS chat and voice chat when we use it. Other than that maybe diablo 3 might be able to pull me away if the game has enough depth to require a long term time commitment.


Fear not tho several of my friends have their eyes on 2 or 3 other MMOs releasing soon so you might get rid of me soon enough!

Just an FYI i have access to however many accounts a person can have after buying 2 CEs so if I were to get banned for posting 1 thread talking about another game, dont worry I will be back. I play FFXIV and I will continue to be on this forum until until I quit.

All you people who mention undercutting... get over yourself seriously. Really if my time or somebody elses gathering time is worth less to us ie we will sell cheaper then maybe YOU need to rethink your gil making strat. Also seeing as how this game doesn't have an auction house with a price list... whos to say prices for items will ever be set to actually call something undercutting or not? I have an idea why don't you all cry to SE about undercutting and demand that SE make a lowest sell price for items you want to sell, hey that would work right? Course then everybody would sell at the lowest price SE dictates and then it doesn't matter who anybody buys from so chances are it wont be you.
