Players desiring Small Houses now (while none exist because further instances are not being developed) is a sign that they have never been able to benefit from housing since it was implemented 6 months ago. A desire for a Small House is more about being able to utilize the Gardening feature that is demanded in a significant amount of content and the Chocobo Stables for expanding and personalizing their chocobos.

Players desiring a Medium or Large House are more looking for the Vanity and not the locked-out content.

Since the sole reason people cannot get a Small House is because the developers' unwillingness to provide the instances and the fact that it puts all of these players at a distinct disadvantage to those with gardening/stabling access, i think that Small Houses should be presented at their lowest depreciated value once any new Instances are allowed by the Developers.

I understand the "Supply/Demand" aspect of having over-inflated initial housing prices to slow down the purchases when it's a vanity aspect (medium/large housing), but when it's purely the Developers' fault that people do not have Small Houses and it is purely the Developers' fault that people have missed out on millions of possible gil revenue because of being denied Small Houses; i think Small Houses should be a flat-price to allow these people to finally access content without being taken advantage of in a way that doesn't benefit anyone.

Small houses will be a million or so and has been stated are coming next patch. Also, curb the feelings of entitlement: the developers are to blame for nothing. They are making a game and have been steadily building up to personal housing. As far as missing out on millions of potential gil, you wouldn't have made that had everyone a house as the market would be completely saturated.

Hang tight and wait a few weeks and you'll have your house and garden.

Actually it has nothing to do with me, FC has a medium-sized house and has had it for about 5 months now.

It's more just common sense and there isn't anything you can say to the people who don't have a house, who have the FC ranked up, who can't garden, who can't stable other than "dev's decided it is a low priority to give you the instances to allow you a house"

My FC is among the many who are homeless... just waiting for SE to add more FC housing again.

Hopefully they do it sooner rather than later. It sucks not being able to take part in the housing content, and I want my personal room!

For something of low priority it seems to be coming rather soon... 2.38 is 3 weeks away.

Pretty sure they confirmed one new ward for each housing area in 2.38. Personal housing will be launching at the same time which will presumably be in another district through the gates in each housing area that are currently locked.

I agree 200%. More wards - more small houses for small FC's so we can do the chocobo and gardening stuff!
