Idea for weekly elite marks

A lot of people seem questionable about the notion of having weekly or daily mark bills worth the amount they are when people can just wait for slots to open and obtain seals from them instead. Seeing how, canonically, Primals are summoned to Eorzea almost on a regular basis (and how more than a little of the adventuring population seems to be in possession of the Echo...) why not have a weekly Primal mark? Once Shiva is out it could be an optional weekly quest separate from the current weekly mark that gives you a mark bill tasking you with putting down said primal for a hefty weekly reward.

Since Primal encounters are so coordination based, every player can be given a different weekly mark and party finder groups will be able to find players to band together to hunt and kill their weekly primal mark. That way older content has incentive for people to go back to, players will have a reason to cooperate rather than compete for hunts, and we can get a new weekly bill as a change of pace from the norm of rushing 'n' zerging mobs.

Anyone with any thoughts or ideas? Or do you just think it'd be funny to see King Mog's face on a bill, any feedback?

That wouldn't make sense with ramuh for example, why would a Gc want ramuh to be killed, when the whole point is a trial to see if we are worthy of him

When Ramuh was resummoned by the tempered Sylphs, Twin Adder actually asked that Ramuh be killed or else he would sap the land of aether simply by being there.

Twin adder yes but maelstrom & the other one which I never remember wouldn't, they have their own concerns.
Not shooting down your idea , just personally think a better move would move weekly B to dailies and As to weekly, leaving S as the specials

Also to add, and again not shooting down your idea, but SE have stated they want to move away from traditional primals, so suddenly including them into yet another system would be primal overload when the point was to have open world content

If you look closely at the bottom of any of the mark bills there will be grand company leader that issued that bill. I'm with the Adder but I still see Raubahn issuing me marks in Thanalan and Merlwyb issuing me marks in La Noscea, all of which are accepted at my GC in Gridania. Also my suggestion is separate from the current idea to move Bs to dailies and As to weeklies, this should not affect either of them as it would be an optional quest.

Okay but when SE decides to add new content that don't include traditional primals, then what about the content that is gated by those instances? Sure you could remove the content gate but that's such a waste of development time and deprives people of experiencing that content. I don't see why this idea has to detract from adding open world content, which I'd like to see more of as well, but adding a bill and a reward of say 50 allied seals isn't cutting away from open world development time is it? Instead it'll help give a reason for people to party up and clear ex primals, which frankly could use some attention instead of clear one and done; people who have not beaten them can hardly find any parties to clear it.

Final note, no I hope they never ever add primals to existing mark bills, keep instanced and open world content seperate. No need to combine them
