its about team work... healer isnt always the target![]()
Nice to fight non scripted npcs for a change.
I'm aware at higher levels of play, it's a different game. Just as it is in many other games featuring small team-based PvP. But even with that, 4v4 still isn't my cup of tea. I much prefer 8v8 with an objective a la Guild Wars GvG.
Because I enjoy beating down people that come at me. It's an enjoyable pastime to crush other players, be it here, or any other competitive game.
4v4 was for glamours. Period. FL is fun occassionally but I've not done it since I've obtained r38. When there are more maps/variance/rewards I'd probably get back into it. Would love to enter with a premade group. Would love for something to happen with morale. Something like... replace it and make pvp gear more of a pve option.
To kill people.

...am going to stalk you because I've now fallen in luv with joo. But ya, been asking myself the theme question for last 8 years and still can't find a reason. Even if they took out every last reward and hint of balance, would still do it. Dunno...just feels beyond good tearing down the field to your own or someone elses death. All the wonderful malice, hatred, drive for revenge. PvP feels like a window of honesty.
^I agree, Its nothing like beating down an ELITIST player.. *passes the SALT to them* Also, though I love RPGs I also love fighting games and the competition that it can bring so with PvP opening those doors I enjoy it![]()
Everyones answer so far has pretty much been 'because I enjoy it'. I really wish they would reward people with gear that was actually helpful, or something else to distinguish yourself with. Hell, give me the option to look battleworn or something >.< that would be better than queuing for nothing lol.
