    I have problem with my Vita control so i try to contact a support but no meter when i try to contact always i have same answer "Chat service is currently unavailable." and if i use mail system i always have same answer "Game masters can't solve your problem, please contact to our support".

    Please tell me what happed with support because no one will help me

    you were probably trying to reach chat during their off hours. It isn't available 24/7/365. If I remember right, they post their operating hours when you get through to the contact options.
