Can't infuse anymore materia to my sphere scroll

So... I have alexandrite in my inventory and I have materia of all kinds in my inventory.

I open my sphere scroll to try and apply more crit rate to my scroll and I notice that every single option is no longer selectable. I have savage aim 1 through 4 just staring at me and I read the message that says... "A materia of a different grade is required to enchance this stat." So no idea what's going on lol...

I've tried a full client restart, removing the materia from my inventory and then putting it back and I've even tried switching classes then swapping back... Anyone else had this problem?

I guess in case it helps i'm currently at 24/75 infusions atm.

How many crit materia have you already infuse ? Because you can't go over 44 and need to infuse other stats to reach 75

I'm at 16 crit atm. Seeing as i'm only 24 infusions in I doubt I've reached the cap for the stat. And no options are infusable. I can't even apply spell speed or even the stats I don't need like skill speed or determination to it.

If you're at 16 crit, you should be able to infuse Crit II materia, as you can't infuse any other materia I, I think you can contact the support as it seems you've found yourself a bug :/

He's at 24/75 infusions, he can't have hit the cap at all on any stat.

Anyway, OP, if you have the alexandrite in your inventory, the materia, and your sphere scroll there is not much the community can do if it simply is not working. I recommend double checking to make sure the materia is indeed all CRIT and not DET or Accuracy, try meld the grade of materia (Should be Grade II by now since you did 16) required. Even click on all the grades just to make sure, after you checked your inventory of course to make sure they aren't a different stat.

I met this same problem as OP last night. I was able to infuse other materias in the scroll tho. Well for a while that is. I'm now standing at 24/75 and CRIT is the only thing I can infuse, and im going for CRIT,DET and Parry.

Can you post a screenshot of the scroll listing blank stats + the inventory window opened with all the grades of materias? I bet SE will also ask for that in case thats really a bug and you're doing everything right...

For crit on the scroll needs to be done in tiers of 11, 11 materia 1, 11 materia 2, 11 materia 3, 11 materia 4 to get to 44 crit.
For Det (eg) which is 31, it is 7 materia 1, then 8 of materia 2, 3, 4.

You need to complete each tier before you can apply higher materia

Gm ticket finally went through and they fixed it. It's a bug that came about w/ 2.3 apparently. Hopefully Se will fix this soon enough. They just told me to exit the client, delete the cache files and redownload the most recent patch. Fixed it for me so hopefully it'll help others too. If not i'm ready to raise pitchforks and shovels against SE with everyone else!
