Having issues activating old service

I played when the game first came out of Beta but only during the 30 days free trial. My computer was unable to run the game past 5 FPS so I just stopped playing and since I just got a new computer I'd like to take it up again. Idk, maybe I'm just dumb but I can't navigate anything and I'd really like to play x.x I'm completely new to online FF games and I can't even remember what all I did back when I did play it.

Also, sorry if this is in the wrong section; I figured it'd be okay since I'm new to the game and the site in general. I honestly just have no clue whatsoever.

What exactly are you having trouble with? Are you unable to reactivate your account through the Mog Station?

Yeah, pretty much. It keeps telling me I need a code but doesn't tell me which code, and if I try to use my game registration code it tells me it's already registered. If I attempt to open the client launcher on my computer it says there is no valid service account available to play the game. It says I have to transfer to full service in order to play but I can't find how to do that anywhere.

So when you log into the mog station on your computer the first window that comes up is not "Select service account" with a tab for Final Fantasy XIV and the proceed to payment button below it? Perhaps it would be helpful if you posted a screen shot of the error (minus your ID), because from your descriptions I'm not sure what is going wrong.

Perhaps it's asking for a subscription payment? Just kind of a shot in the dark, I'm not sure if that's what "transfer to full service" means. If you already paid for your sub for the month or more (whether it be with credit card, crysta, or time card) then I have no idea what's preventing you from launching the game.
