Can't click start (PS3 Log-in)

I tried posting this in tech support but nobody really goes by that forum so hoping someone can maybe help me out here please.

I logged in last night for the first time since the DDOS attack, and it won't let me click the start button. The same thing happened to me last week with the DDOS attack, but wouldn't the issue be fixed by now? Is anyone else having the same problem, or is it my end? Any ideas on what I can do to fix it?

I'm using a PS3 and I play on the Gilgamesh server.

Also This is after the news sections and stuff, it is basically just before the character select, the Start button won't click.

Are you signed into your playstation account? After the attack I was signed out despite having my ps4 set to auto log in. Sony might have forced everyone out as a precaution.

Well this is on PS3 , not PS4, but I mean it basically gets all the way to just BEFORE the character select, the start button that is just before the character select, but it wont let me click at all, the account would be signed in already to get even that far.

Double check that you're logged in. PS3 and 4 work the same way. I don't think that's the problem though since if you were signed out it would just prompt you to sign in when you attempted to run the game..
