Err I guess the item when it's opened can be a dummy item. But in this case he tried to target the enemy but opened the item instead, so it's like the client is telling the guy, "Haha dummy, I trolled you!" or something XD

It means the text for that interaction while an enemy is still about was not added to the game, so they put "Dummy" instead so that they can fill it in later. (Null text would've probably caused a crash.)
