I agree with the hit-it-once-for-full-credit idea. On more populated servers people freaking out and getting antsy can be a huge problem and people that hit it and leave the zone entirely won't get any rewards. I've been at several S's this past week with the whole party there before pull and I have not gotten full credit once. If people stop attacking it the enemy doesn't die and they get no rewards, and if they stop attacking it it means other people can get a hit in and more people can benefit and DPS won't be turned away so it's really not a negative.
