hyperion legacy not able to join?

I have friends who play on hyperion legacy server and they wanted me to play I have been watching the character creation restrictions for the last few days and hyperion is never not X so does this mean I can not play with them on the server?

It open and close i pretty sure during the time you check it close. Try very early in the morning 5-9am EST Monday-Thursday that should give you a good starting point. That when i see them open the most try it out and let us know if you get in.

Have never had an issue making a character on hyperion between 3-4am est on a weekday. Do not use the official site as an indicator, it only takes a snapshot at the exact specified times. Where it is actually dynamic and subject to change every 5 seconds or so depending on how many people are logged in at that exact time. You may have to refresh the sever list a few times to get it to show available, within that timeframe.
