    Lock on

    Is there any way to make that I can move camera freely with lock on option like I can without lock on... Is it at least possible to make that the camera won't move a little when I put lock on... I am using legacy settings and playing with a controller. I want to learn how to use the lock on, but currently it feels awkward as I have no free will for the camera movement.

    Go to Character Configuration -> Camera tab. You should be able to turn it off there.
