    Class is decided by the MAIN weapon I don't see how using a secondary tool with it conflicts with the armory system in any way. I'd like more options like this especially since the selection of main weapons is so sparse.

    Your main class is still your main class that can legitimately use other classes, not just skill wise, but weapon wise in battle.

    Plus for all those people saying we needed some sort of limit to using other class skills....

    This could be an incentive to you using skills that are tied into your off-hand weapon.

    Maybe give it more affinity with it?

    It can be done, and I hope it does, especially since the marauder roegadyn whipped out a pistol in limsa's opening CS.

    That's the thing though... it was a CUTSCENE! It's very unlikely that in any game, you would be able to do the same stuff in-game as you would a cutscene. As much as I would love to be able to multiply myself five-fold and cast an impenetrable magic barrier around myself and deflect bullets like Y'shtola does, it just likely won't happen

    This is true as it could just be "Their" special NPC abilities, but it would be cool if the barrier was the Paladins main ability than only can be performed every 30 Minutes.

    We think the roegadyn used a sub weapon, but maybe he just could have switched classes Cutscene style.

    I don't mind if sub weapons are not implemented, all I want is dual weild trait. IE.

    Dual Weild : allows you to equip two one handed weapons of the same class.

    Alsofor balance, I would add.

    Two Hands : allows for two hands to be used on one 1h weapon.

    the two hands trait would be ideal for player who don't want to use shield and want that extra attack instead of defense.

    Meatbone Slash (trait) : allows for critical strikes to deal more damage than usual with 2h weapons.

    Double Attack : occasionally attacks twice. ( can be used for all weapons)

    Magic attack up : higher magic damage.

    whatever they do with dual wield make sure that pugilist gets the ability to have one type of knuckle in on hand and another type in the offhand slot. Biggest gripe ever against mnk in ffxi and would not be cool to have to deal with that empty slot forever on pug while other classes get to use it. All the while being the original two handed class. FFXI experience coming out here a bit but seriously lets give pugs the ability to have a knuckle and another kind of knuckle if we end up having nin-like dual wield.

    I agree that we need dual wielding weapons for multiple classes. They could always make a single weapon a dual wield type, like they already have 1 handed and 2 handed staves for both Conjurer and THM. They could have Single Wield and Dual Wield swords/knifes/katana, etc.

    Yeah...it was a cutscene that gave us dreams of battle ingame. Cutscenes are sorta like advertisements for a game, if they can do it...why can't I?

    I'm still waiting on a taru to turn my arrows into flames before I fire them

    & I think we still are getting dual wield trait, I'm thinking it's a trait waiting to be added.

    GLA will be like the main class everyone wants to use.

    So why not give a similar trait, just not used with the same weapon, To all DoW classes?

    I just want to use more than 1 weapons honestly, without switching classes

    We have hints something is being added to that with the affinity line mentioned...
    I just wanna know SE is there already?
