    ok... but when i go to email registered to this account it says... "did you request a seucurity info change?"... so i say no... then a phone number showing only the last 2 digits pops up but it's not my phone number asking if i want microsoft to call me or text me... wtf can i do?? they stole my account, and stole my email with that account? luckily i was still logged in here somehow idk what to do??

    I've had this stuff happen before. It seems to track when you usually play and when you play say at midnight but don't ever before then it will call it "suspicious". Its not a risk, just the system see you playing at a time you don't normally. (this is my experience with it)

    thanks for the info. i managed to get my email back and change the password, but now it is not letting me pay my subscription. it gave me error 401 on the card i've been using for the last year VISA, so i tried to switch to AMEX and it gives me error 601. been checking google forums etc. but the people who sound educated on the subject are saying SE doesnt even know what these errors mean. this is the very first time i've had a problem with giving a company money, no 24 hour live support... this is a joke, like it's a priveledge to give them my money. i'm going to take a day off work for live support??

    SE READ YOUR OWN FORUMS I'M SENDING YOU 1 EMAIL AND THEN I'M TRYING TO ENTER MY VISA CARD AGAIN 1 TIME. IF IT DOESNT WORK YOU ARE DEAD TO ME FOREVER.

    A pop up blocker caused my 401 code and for SE to not accept my credit card as payment.. Never had the 601, though, so can't help you there.

    "Suspicious activity" is also caused by logging in from a different IP, such as another computer or if you have to reset your router.

    If SE isn't accepting your payment directly you can try buying Crysta through Ultimatepay. You can purchase specific amounts of Crysta so you don't get charged a few cents extra or whatever. Crysta purchases are available at the Mogstation under "Square Enix Account settings" and getting "Add Crysta".

    ya that'll work. thanks for info. just makes me a bit mad that they are too incompetent to recieve payment from amex, visa, or mc. and that i have to track down a store in my area to buy a SE card, drive there, buy the card, drive back, use the card to buy another SE currency, then spend the SE currency. sent an email to them going to wait the 24 hours for them to figure out how to do their jobs, if they can't i'm buying destiny and letting ff die

    Have you checked up on your checking account for a possible turned over invoice? I mean, as far as I know, SE won't accept credit card payment in case there's a previous turned over invoice.
