This is more to express my frustration with trying to purchase Crysta. I tried on 3 different occassions to had 1000 Crysta to my account and received this message:

An error has occurred.
Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
(Error code: 401)
So I googled to see if anyone had an idea what can be done about the issue. I found this:

I then tried UltimatePay and it said my card was declined. My card is fine. This was my first [and my last] time trying to add more Crysta to my account with this card. I won't be able to get in contact with anyone until tomorrow about this issue, but I know Huntington is going to tell me that there's nothing wrong with my card.

Through various google searches, I've read where people tried getting in contact with SE and all they did was blame the cardholder's bank. I feel like it would be no point in even calling, emailing, or chatting with SE.
