I'd like to see crafting jobs, or professions. As you gain more knowledge as a DoH, you are required to specialize to survive. They are adding so much vertical progression currently, that in order to keep things relevant an interesting they may come up with a whole new set of things to do post level 50. I've thought it might be interesting if a crafter had to choose one of two specializations, that one you can't have one person corner a market by having every class maxed out, and would promote economy and fc members coordinating. So a Goldsmith could specialize as either a Jeweler (gems and precious metals and bone) or a Tinkerer (mammets, gadgets, more complex machines).
An Armorer could specialize into either Heavy Armorer or Light Armorer (or conversely Plate Mails or "Piece" Mails (Chain, scale). Blacksmith as a Swordsmith (Swords, Daggers, spears, Great Swords) or an Toolmaker (bigger objects like axes, scythes, pickaxes, hatchets).
This is fun! Carpenter could become a Builder or a Sculptor. Culinarian could be a Baker or a Chef. Alchemist could be a Potionmaster or a Bookbinder (inks, dyes, books). Let's see, Leatherworker could be an Outfitter (body and leg pieces) or a Gearfitter (Belts, Gloves, Accessories) and Weaver could turn into Stylist (vanity items) or Enchanter (mage gear).
Then say you get four, six, or eight of those advance classes leveled or maxed, or whatever, then you unlock big skills or things like Shipwright, Construction, etc, which would make more sense for FC Housing items, or FC Airships., but I think that ship has sailed (pun intended).
so basically here is the breakdown:
Goldsmith => Jeweler & Ticker
Armorer => Heavy Armorer & Light Armorer
Blacksmith => Weaponsmith & Toolmaker
Carpenter => Builder & Sculptor
Culinarian => Baker & Chef
Alchemist => Potionmaster & Bookbinder
Leatherwork => Outfitter & Gearfitter
Weaver => Stylist & Enchanter
