hunts are still broken, se has created a monster i think

There's a LS on Leviathan that damn near has a monopoly on Hunts. If a group gets to a mark before they do, they will reset it. They don't care if you're on PC, PS3 or PS4. To them, all of the Hunts are theirs and nobody else's.

How are they stripping the monster off the established pull tank when Provoke doesn't work on Marks?
