406 Error?

My auto-renew has been inexplicably cancelled, and any attempt to set it up again via the Mog Station nets me this error. I've tried two credit cards, and attempted to buy Crysta, but that also failed (401 error). I have more than enough money to cover the subscription in my bank account, so this is clearly not the issue.

What is this error exactly, and how do I make it go away?

Just a general bank rejection. To get it going right now, you can purchase Crysta, but at the payment option, choose ULTIMATEPAY. If you get an error that states the card has been declined, then you might want to give your bank a call.

Ah, thank you. And extra retainers can also be renewed via Crysta? Or would I be out of luck there? I just want my game to return to some level of normalcy...
