    Did not receive Draught Chocobo

    Hello, please review this issue and respond. I just spent a lot of money on this.

    Here is what has happened in detail:
    I recruited an account to my main account 1 month ago which received a free 30 day trial. A few days ago the trial ended, so I purchased a 30 day one month subscription via credit card. Both my main and recruited account received the proper items for this. I had an extra 60 day game time card that I then added to my recruited account for a total of 90 days game time. But my main account has not received the chocobo. My recruited account now has a total of 90 days game time and I don't know what I should do to get my mount at this point. Please help.
