    Where to use promotional code for ps3-ps4 upgrade,

    I need help! I bought a ps4 the other day and today I upgraded to the ps4 version of xiv. I got the promotional code and it downloaded the game fine. Now when I launch the game on my ps4, it says "Cannot launch ffxiv. Register the promotional code" but it does not say where to register my code at. I've tried mogsation, playstation network, back to the psn store on my ps4. Mogstation says my game is registered to my ps4. I have no idea what to do anymore. I've searched online and everything. Can anyone help?

    Not sure if I put the original thread in the right spot.

    If it's a 12-character code, then you do it via the PSN.

    I have the code, but where on psn? I have already downloaded the client and if I redeem the code again, it says the game is already downloaded.

    I figured out my situation. Turns out I had used my account for my vita instead of my ps3 account. I'm so stupid lol
