Exactly, my character has 1.5 million gil. That is enough to buy 3 field craft materia their 3. This is only on my server. I'm pretty sure this goes for even more money on the less popular servers. What are the odds of getting one anyway?
As someone else said how about untradeable gear. I would love to get rid of my Ct gear.
