Unable to complete version update- Please Help!

I have uninstalled and re-installed the game 4 times now and this keeps happening after I click "PLAY".
I have tried all the solutions that I have found here in the forums but none of them work.
Please someone help, this is very frustrating I just want to be able to play.





Things I have tried:
1. Re-installing the game
2. Port Forwarding
3. Modifying My FFXIV_BOOT.cfg file
4. Tried to find "SavingsbullFilterService64.exe" on my task manager (Never found it)

NOTE: I have the digital version of FFXIV tried re-installing it 2 times, then I used a retail version another 2 times and still having the same problem.

Same here! Did it start happening recently to you too? It started doing this after the latest update!

Well it started happening for me yesterday after i patched it. So i think there is something going on with the new patch.

I agree, and it's been frustrating. I haven't been able to play since it last updated.

Yeah I don't understand what's going on, because my boyfriend installed it on his PC and he updeted it and it works fine for him. He can get in the game and play with no problems. I also have the Collector's Edition that i bought before the game came out.

Same here, maybe there's something wrong with the Collector's Edition? I am unsure, I bought mine and Green Man Gaming, I had no issue with it before.

That could be a possibility, I bought mine through square enix and I never had a problem until now
