Adding offline players to FC

Yes, apply to the fc with said char. if they let you add offline people you can basic fill your fc full of unknowing people O.O

This is the simple answer that works.
The friend can Find you in Player Search by your name. Then Look at your FC by clicking on you. They submit application and You accept it. When they log on again, in the FC.
