Can't click start (PS3 Log-in)

I think i got same problem. I can log-in just fine, but when it hits main menu my ps3 controller stops responding? Controller works just fine on other games. This started yesterday. Im thinking about reinstalling whole game, but i hope there is better solution... Game music and everything can be heard from the background and opening movie keeps running, but i cant interact with anything. This is so frustrating...

This looks like your controller is not set to Controlelr #1 ... Do you have any other (USB) alternative conterlooer plugged inlike Guitar or DJ Hero? What controller number does it show in XMB while you check in game?

My PS3 controller is set to #1 like it shows in XMB slots. Like i said this problem started yesterday and i cant do anything in main menu. And there is nothing plugged on my PS3 USB-slots. Im thinking about reinstalling whole game later...

OK - before you'll go ahead and start reistalling the whole game try also this:

- If you have another controller, try that one first
- If not, reset your current one (via smallpinhole at the bottom of the controller) and re-pair it with your PS3
- If that not help backup and remove the game saves (for both game itself as well as all your characters) and try to start the game without the saves present

While none of is not guaranteed to help it takes just a minute to try and you might luck out ...
