Can't click start (PS3 Log-in)

Hey all,

I logged in last night for the first time since the DDOS attack, and it won't let me click the start button. The same thing happened to me last week with the DDOS attack, but wouldn't the issue be fixed by now? Is anyone else having the same problem, or is it my end? Any ideas on what I can do to fix it?

I'm using a PS3 and I play on the Gilgamesh server.

Also This is after the news sections and stuff, it is basically just before the character select, the Start button won't click.

I think i got same problem. I can log-in just fine, but when it hits main menu my ps3 controller stops responding? Controller works just fine on other games. This started yesterday. Im thinking about reinstalling whole game, but i hope there is better solution... Game music and everything can be heard from the background and opening movie keeps running, but i cant interact with anything. This is so frustrating...

This looks like your controller is not set to Controlelr #1 ... Do you have any other (USB) alternative conterlooer plugged inlike Guitar or DJ Hero? What controller number does it show in XMB while you check in game?

My PS3 controller is set to #1 like it shows in XMB slots. Like i said this problem started yesterday and i cant do anything in main menu. And there is nothing plugged on my PS3 USB-slots. Im thinking about reinstalling whole game later...

OK - before you'll go ahead and start reistalling the whole game try also this:

- If you have another controller, try that one first
- If not, reset your current one (via smallpinhole at the bottom of the controller) and re-pair it with your PS3
- If that not help backup and remove the game saves (for both game itself as well as all your characters) and try to start the game without the saves present

While none of is not guaranteed to help it takes just a minute to try and you might luck out ...

don't know if this will help try completely exiting out the game & restarting the ps3 (try reinstalling the entire game if you don't mind waiting for the download). also if you have a keyboard try using that. I know I use my keyboard to log in but I can't remember if I used it on that screen I normally have my controller in hand by then to hit the start button.

Try plugging in a USB mouse or keyboard (use tab button) and see if it works and lets you press play button.

USB mouse works, but PS3 controller doesnt still answer to anything, which is weird since it works just on other games. Guess im gonna try with different controller when i got the chance. Also reinstalled game, but didnt help.

plug it into the ps3 and press the PS button on the controller.
