    Everyone is grey?

    Logged in after some months, and my character & npc's and others including chocobos are all silvery grey color. tried adjusting graphics but maybe I missed something? A better description would be to say everyone npcs etc are reflective. Any help would suffice. Windows 8.1 recently also.
