Updating Event Ticket Info

Got an e-mail shaming me for not updating my ticket information. Problem is, a family member ordered them is not available at the present.

Hello Fan Festival 2014 attendees!

August has come and gone, and Fan Festival 2014 is just a little over a month away!

The ticket information edit deadline is tomorrow, September 5th, and we wanted to be sure to remind you to double-check your purchase information through the Eventbrite system.

If you were one of the lucky 1800 individuals who purchased early access tickets, we’ve updated the system to allow you to select your world name to display on your entry badge.

If you’re unsure how to check/edit your information, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Eventbrite account at www.eventbrite.com/login. (You can create an account if you have not yet done so.)
2. Hover your mouse over the smiley face and select My Tickets.
3. Next to your Fan Festival 2014 ticket select View Order.
4. In the right upper-hand corner select Edit.
5. Review the information on each ticket and made edits as necessary.

Editing your world name:

1. Select your Data Center info (if this is already selected, you will need to select it again to make the world pull-down appear)
   *If the world pull-down still doesn’t appear, try selecting the wrong data center, and then reselecting the correct one
2. Once you select your Data Center, a new pull-down for World will appear, select your primary character’s world.
3. Save your information.

When is the deadline? Tomorrow at 11:59 EST? Or is it midnight tonight EST? How can I edit it? I follow the instructions but there's no edit option.

I'm not given the option to select world when I reselected my data server. For whatever reason when I tried again and clicked around the area then selected it again I was giving the world option :/.

Read the red t6ext.. You must first change the Datacenter to the Wrong Option and then the World list will pop up.. then change the Datacenter back to your proper one.. then select your world.

as for the OP.. I believe it will be at Midnight tonight PDT
